The Shangri-La Hotel, The Rocks Sydney, was a complete re-fit of the public areas including the ground floor foyer and restaurants, conference rooms, bars and executive areas.

We worked closely with BBMG Interior Designers to design, document and coordinate the Mechanical and Fire services solutions.

The elaborately designed spaces required much consideration as the intent was to conceal the services where necessary.

With each space in the hotel having its own design and identity, we were faced with many challenges when designing and concealing the mechanical outlets and equipment. Much of the existing equipment required upgrading or replacement.

We collaborated well with the designers to achieve outstanding services solutions that were fully integrated and coordinated with the architectural design.
