Medland Metropolis have completed the design on a $60M development that incorporates Stage 1 – a 5,300sqm, 100 bed aged care facility; and Stage 2 – a 1,000sqm Community Centre and Infrastructure for the entire site including 200 Independent Living Units.
The services designed included Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Fire Protection services.
The ultimate challenge for the Aged Care Facility was to have it constructed prior to February 2007 to ensure the client met their statutory obligation. This challenge was met head on by Medland Metropolis with dedicated intensity on design and project management to ensure the client would reach their goal.
The result was successful design and implementation of services infrastructure.
