Announcing our new Engineering Advisory Division

Medland Engineering is proud to announce the launch of our new division, Medland Engineering Advisory (MEA).
As a new arm for Medland Engineering, MEA will fiercely represent our clients across all sectors including commercial, retail, industrial, aged care and hospitality; offering independent and innovative engineering advice on major property decisions, due diligence and leading technology procurement.
Bringing independent expertise into the negotiations over building suitability, MEA will demystify the conditions of the building and provide clear recommendations to enable our clients to make informed decisions, ensuring they aren’t burdened with inappropriate cost, or faced with costly lack of infrastructure down the track. This new division will be headed by Christopher Medland, founding Director of Medland Engineering. Over the past 30 years Chris and the team have undertaken detailed building services audits and due diligences on countless buildings across Australia, UK and Europe, developing, developing an unrivalled bank of knowledge and experience.
