The Medland Metropolis UK Ladies recently took part in the ‘Live Below The Line Challenge’ for Article 25, a charity specifically chosen for their influence in the built environment.  Article 25 builds, designs and manages projects to provide better shelter in areas affected by poverty or disaster.

As part of their challenge the ladies had to spend 5 days feeding themselves with £1 a day – the UK equivalent of the extreme poverty line. There is no doubt it was not easy but the ladies are delighted to announce all their hard work and determination paid off as they raised an impressive £829!
