The Ivy Apartments was a greenfield development on Sydney Street, New Farm, incorporating seven luxury attached houses, comprising three levels each and constructed over a common semi-basement carpark.

Medland Metropolis undertook mechanical and electrical services design and documentation. Each unit contains a plunge pool at podium level, subtly integrated lighting, C-bus control systems, full home automation, lighting control systems, together with a private lift within each apartment. Ducted airconditioning was also a feature of these luxury apartments.

Services were coordinated and integrated to complement the stunning architectural elements.
