Gill Jennings & Every is a London-based Legal Firm of European Patent Attorneys and European Trade Mark Attorneys.

This project involved a fitout of levels 9 and 10 in British Land’s Broadgate Tower EC2.

Environmentally sustainable design was a big focus for the project as the base building is a BREEAM excellent building, for this reason cost effective environmentally sustainable design was adopted.

In order to help in the space planning process, we assisted the architect by advising on locations of service connections. We also consulted and designed services to provide cost effective but flexible solutions for a 15 year lease.

The shell and core finish provided us with opportunities to drive innovation through consulting in-ceiling design and services integration, facilitating large areas of bespoke ceiling design, whilst ensuring the on-going facilities maintenance access.

We were also involved in designing; the Building Management Systems and convergent controls for the meeting room, specialist lighting for breakout & client facing areas and high acoustic separation. All these items were achieved with a high attention to detail within a very tight construction program.
