Medland Metropolis were engaged to provide mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulic services for the partial refurbishment of the University of Melbourne‘s Alan Gilbert Building. This included converting an existing lounge area into three new teaching rooms plus minor modifications to an existing four spaces to accommodate new teaching lecterns and associated equipment.

The works included a new lighting control system integrated with an AMX audio visual system and modifications to existing blind controls giving flexibility and functionality to the new teaching facilities.
