The Pier development comprised 12 restaurants and up to 40 retail stores with varying scopes of work from full refurbishment to frontages and lighting design.

The Shopping Centre is continuous with the Shangri-La Hotel site in Cairns. All infrastructure services were upgraded throughout the shops and restaurants with minimal disruption to the hotel and the retail precinct. An impressive illuminated canopy design was implemented to enhance the commercial appeal of the entire precinct.
