Our scope of works for the redevelopment of the St Johns Ambulance Head Office included Car Park lighting, ESD/Green Star Concepts and planning, Green Star pre-assessment, base building shell, together with core and integrated fitout.
The intent of the overall design was to create an office environment that supports progressive business-place thinking within a sustainable network.
The entire office space was provided with high efficiency lighting (including daylight harvesting), mixed mode air conditioning, allowing full cooling or natural ventilation and rainwater harvested for re-use.
