The decision for Rogerseller to move from high profile Chapel Street, Prahran to an old warehouse in Burnley required creative input from Medland Metropolis to maintain their unique company branding for luxury products.

The new site required considerable replacement and upgrade of the existing services and building fabric to achieve a minimalist and energy efficient design. The main environmental initiatives were a water recycling plant to reuse water in their display fixtures and fittings, and task lighting incorporated with an abundance of natural daylight, reduce the power consumption of the over head lighting.
