REA Group Limited are a multinational digital advertising company specialising in property. Their new corporate headquarters in the trendy retail precinct of Richmond, Melbourne fully embraces the growing trend in agile working.

Working closely with ABW specialists Futurespace, Medland Metropolis designed a partially integrated fitout to meet the’ youthful and creative’ design brief. The new fitout includes a range of office spaces, meeting rooms, a gym and showers, kitchen and bathrooms spaces, and a central internal staircase.

As with any agile working project, the challenge for the building services design was to accommodate the variety workspaces, uses, formal and informal gathering spaces and technological capabilities such as IP telephony and phone number portability, suitable end user devices for the spaces, and video conferencing facilities.
