The rooftop function room doubles as a dining area and a community centre for private and communal functions.

Medland Metropolis’ service solutions include a number of environmentally sustainable design features such as solar hot water for the entire building, a rainwater harvesting system for the flushing of toilets, as well as a recycled water system for irrigation of landscaped areas.
