Working within the confines of a very restricted ceiling space with minimum allowance for services, Medland Engineering were able to design state of the art services for this prestigious tenant.

Works included mechanical services upgrade and integration, fire protection services alterations, and revised lighting and audio visual services. These were all designed with consideration for the aesthetics and significant acoustic requirements.

Medland Engineering were able to integrate the services design into a stunning internal design incorporating visual cues unique to Melbourne.
