Medland Metropolis undertook a major upgrade to Wollongong’s 30,000sqm Crown Shopping Centre. All building services were upgraded while the shopping centre remained operational including all mechanical services plant, infrastructure and asbestos removal.

Through the installation of energy and cost effective plant and ducting, Medland Metropolis were successful in reducing energy costs by 20-30%. As well as this, minimisation of downtime was achieved through careful planning in the design stages, while continuing services were guaranteed to all operational spaces.
