Cross Penthouse is a three-bedroom penthouse apartment in Kings Cross, Sydney.

The Cross Penthouse pioneers a new genre of urban living in Australia, combining the luxury of hotel services (from hotel below) with the comfort of a home.

The penthouse boasts abundant space and natural light, a private entry foyer and market-leading home automation technology.

The challenge Medland Metropolis faced in this project was the very limited ceiling space in which to work to incorporate the services without compromising the design of the apartment.

The finished result is a stunning penthouse which celebrates lifestyle.
