Belron International Limited is the world’s largest dedicated vehicle glass repair and replacement company; encompassing companies worldwide such as Autoglass and O’Brien.

The aim of the project was to produce an inspired and award winning fitout located in a stunning dedicated campus at Milton Park, Surrey.

To start with we used our client friendly briefing documents to extract the client’s brief. We provided and explained options for all services that ranged from new, to working with the existing services.

Our key focus was the open office lighting and generator back up options. Together with an assigned BREEAM assessor, we explored available options to boost existing “Very Good” Category A installation to “Excellent”.

Our design incorporated the sustainable systems such as water saving fixtures and fittings, energy efficient LED lights and smart controls for meeting room operation. The fitout included high-end data centre space, commercial kitchen and high-end audio visual integration. We continuously encouraged the design team to discuss the design decisions and get a direction on the look and feel.

We also provided design options for the lighting and air outlets, with many of them well received and incorporated in the final interior design.
