This project is the refurbishment of the base building services and shell fitout of approximately 14,000sqm of office space in the Auckland CBD. 92 Albert Street was a complete architectural and services refurbishment of a 20-storey office tower that targeted a 4 Star rating.

Medland Metropolis were the Green Star professionals that drove the project team and were instrumental in delivering the required initiatives to gain a 4 Star rating.

Environmentally sustainable design concepts for the project included the following: Green Star rating assessment (targeted at 4 Stars), development of sustainable environmental concepts and feasibility, design development with the architect to confirm architectural feasibility, energy assessment calculations and final design recommendation brief and presentation.
