Our client sought to fully modernise an existing 27,000sqft building and improve the appeal from the street into reception and throughout.

Our challenges included limited funding, shallow ceiling voids and hidden site conditions.

Medland Metropolis was extremely successful in managing the client and their expectations by providing well thought out and costed design options and removing risks on site through thorough intrusive site inspections.

We followed through during construction by managing the construction teams to ensure our designs were fully implemented, commissioned and tested. For this reason we achieved completion ahead of program and under budget.
