3M on Ridgeline is a 3,500sqm, 2 level low rise office building with basement carparking for 200 vehicles.

The upper levels are spilt by a full height atrium and centre courtyard.

The northern and western facades are precast panelling punctuated with full height structural glazing fitted with 3M proprietary window film to prevent glare and heat gain.

Medland Metropolis were responsible for the services design for this Green Star rated sustainably designed building. The building houses offices, labs and an innovation centre to suit all of their business units including: tapes, printing, solvents, glues, data and stationery.

Medland Metropolis facilitated 3M’s desire to utilise as many of their own products as possible in the building construction and fitout by incorporating their products into the services design.
