In Melbourne, we started the year big in retail, delivering 40,000 m2 of new and refurbished space, as preferred consultant for Kmart Australia. We continue to build on our commercial sector strengths, including refurbishment of GE Capital at 636 St Kilda Road and corporate fit-outs for Hertz,  REA Group (owners of  realestate.com.au) and John Holland with futurespace (pictured left)

We have  also recently completed the Victorian Government’s education initiative, the Bastow Institute of Educational Leadership – with Maddison  Architects and the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development,

to transform a derelict heritage building into an award-winning ,world-class learning centre. Medland Metropolis’ design included advanced technologies, including AV systems that are unparalleled for a public building in Australia. New exciting projects include a refurbishment of the Melbourne Aquarium, for the international Merlin Entertainments Group.
