Medland Metropolis were delighted to be engaged to complete the Mechanical, Electrical and Dry Fire services for the third stage of the prestige Settler’s Cove development in Noosa.

Known as Emerald, these beautiful apartments will be highly exclusive, offering views over Noosa Sound with resort style facilities. Our passion for design has ensured that the functional elements of these apartments are delivered without compromising the architectural intent. 

The Emerald is one of the most luxurious developments Medland Metropolis have been involved with during 2014, comprising 14 opulent apartments, each with high end fixtures and fittings, a minimum of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and additional features such as scullery, powder room, media room and plenty of open space to entertain. During design, particular attention was paid to providing owners with the quality facilities required to make living easy and comfortable. Each luxury apartment features an automation system, allowing the owner to control their security, intercom and lighting system, as well as fans, blinds and air-conditioning, whilst monitoring energy usage.
