With many building constraints, Medland Metropolis set to delivering a creative brief that was sensitive to the clients and designers particular needs.
The design brief required Medland Metropolis to go to great lengths to hide and integrate the MEP building services as well as ensuring that the systems could be operated and maintained throughout the life of the fitout.
One of the greatest challenges was delivering the clients functional and aesthetic requirements whilst ensuring cost, buildability and environmental sustainable design was also delivered. We achieved this by finding options and solutions to each design challenge and engaging the client through strong visual presentations.
Since completing this project, we have been engaged to deliver two further projects for Morningstar.
