This project involved the redevelopment of a dilapidated heritage wool store into a creative web-page innovation and presentation show case.

Medland Metropolis collaborated with Geyer Design to implement a full services design package (Electrical, Lighting, Mechanical, Fire, Hydraulics) for this high tech environment.

Exposed metal ducting was introduced for Mechanical services to maintain the original building features.

The open plan lighting was to be the ‘wow’ factor with the use of blue ‘glowing panels’ on the perimeter walls and large scale wall projection for high impact marketing.

The result was a space which both complements the IBM brand and successfully supports their market edge.
