Hatch Associates’ premises are within 2 buildings in the Police Barracks Precinct in Brisbane.

Part one consists of a 9,000sqm 5 level commercial office building.Part two comprises 2 levels in an existing heritage building and is approximately 1,500sqm.

Hatch Associates are active in setting a leading example in sustainability within their industry. The design was integrated with Hassell’s aesthetic approach, with suspended indirect direct lighting, to improve visual comfort.

Medland Metropolis undertook design and documentation for Mechanical, Electrical, Specialist Lighting, Audio Visual, Fire Protection and Hydraulics services for Hatch Associates.
