Coller Capital’s new interiors at their London headquarters carries forward the high design of this iconic Park House building W1. Our highly coordinated, full services package inside the ceiling was carefully considered so as to maintain the integrity of the expansive timber ceiling throughout the reception and visitor area and social hub. In addition to this excellent in-ceiling package, we delivered on high functional design. We are proud to have successfully spearheaded an innovative solution to deliver premium shower facilities for the Executive suite. To deliver on the solution, we successfully negotiated with the landlord to gain access to vital lower ground floor plant space to house the booster plant required to provision these facilities.

Medland’s is also proud to report that the BREEAM rating of excellent was maintained arising from our utilisation of energy efficient technology and compliance.
