175 Pitt Street Sydney
Medland Metropolis provided building services design and was the accredited Green Star Professional on the full refurbishment of 175 Pitt Street Sydney. The building is a 24-storey office tower which is now refurbished to PCA A-Grade standard.
Medland Metropolis’ engineering design incorporated a range of ESD initiatives including minimisation of PVC usage, energy efficient lighting and chillers, as well as the implementation of construction waste recycling, plus provisions for future water recycling and re-use.
After conducting the energy assessment, it became evident that 4.5 Star NABERS Energy rating would also be achievable.Accordingly, Medland Metropolis conducted the administration of the submission for both Green Star and NABERS, achieving 4 Star Green Star accreditation and an expected 4.5 Star NABERS.
