Our UK team goes from strength to strength, after four years the Royal College of General Practitioners project is coming to an end.  Our London team  along with the designers Tilney Shane are now touring clients impressing them with our ability to service a variety of functions in a Heritage Grade II* building. If you would like to see our handy work, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with the London team.

During this time we have delivered many more large commercial projects from Double Negative Visual Effects Headquarters in NOHO London (CBRE & MCM) to Google’s Campus project in London City which is a unique co-working space were the building services installed were designed for ultimate flexibility for constantly changing occupants.  Our hard work has paid off as 3 of our projects were shortlisted for the BCO Regional London and South East awards this year and we are proud to announce that our project Double Negative or ‘One Sixty’ won the Corporate Workplace category!

Along the way we have been designing our services to comply to sustainable rating tools from LEED for Google, BREEAM for many clients and the Ska rating tool too. We achieved a rating of Ska Gold for the Generation Investment Management Project in London’s Air building in SOHO.  this project has now been nominated for many awards for its focus on sustainability.

Our experience is now very geographically broad as we are currently designing commercial schemes in Greater London, Kent, Scotland and our experience in mainland Europe steadily grows with current schemes for existing and new clients across the continent.  Our UK team is very proud of their achievements, you may not know that Medland Metropolis UK is currently designing and delivering a variety of residential projects from large one-off houses to multi-residential schemes for developers.
